Appeal of board decisions.

A nursing assistant training program deeming itself aggrieved by a decision of the board affecting its approval status shall have the right to appeal the board's decision in accordance with the provisions of chapter 18.88 RCW and the Administrative Procedure Act, chapter 34.05 RCW.
