Administrative rules.
In addition to these rules, for full adjudicative proceedings the commission adopts the model rules of procedure as set forth in WAC
10-08-035 through
10-08-230, as amended. If there is a conflict between the model rules and this chapter, the rules in this chapter shall govern.
