The employment security department administers several distinct programs in Titles 50, 50A, and portions of 50B RCW through the Washington Administrative Code. The provisions in chapters 192-04 through 192-499 WAC apply to the Employment Security Act in Title 50 RCW and other programs administered by the employment security department. The provisions in chapters 192-500 through 192-899 WAC apply to the paid family and medical leave program in Title 50A RCW. The provisions in chapters 192-900 through 192-999 WAC apply to portions of the long-term services and supports trust program in Title 50B RCW administered under the employment security department's authority.
