(1) In addition to any action described in this chapter, the authority may require the contractor to create and comply with a corrective action plan and demonstrate corrective action. A copy of the corrective action plan must be provided to the authority within the time period specified by the authority in its request.

(2) Submission and implementation of a correction plan does not guarantee a contractor's future compliance with the requirements in this chapter.
