Board and department activities exempt.
The Washington state department of information services and the information services board have reviewed their authorized activities and found them to be exempt from the provisions of Title 197 WAC. This statement is provided as compliance with the requirements that the board and department adopt guidelines consistent with Title 197 WAC.
