Student athletes found to have violated chapter 69.41 RCW, Legend drugs—Prescription drugs, shall, upon conviction, be immediately suspended from participation in school-sponsored athletic events by the athletic director. The period of loss of eligibility to participate will be determined by the athletic director at the conclusion of a brief adjudicative hearing(s) as detailed in the Big Bend Community College athletic handbook, to be commenced within twenty days of the suspension.
