Alcohol, marijuana, and illegal drugs.
Licensees must prohibit:
(1) Possession or use of alcohol, marijuana, or illegal drugs on the premises; and
(2) Personnel under the influence of alcohol, marijuana, or illegal drugs from having contact with children or youth in care.
