Additional personnel to support GCFs.
Licensees must have sufficient:
(1) Clerical, accounting, and administrative services to maintain proper records and carry out their program; and
(2) Support and maintenance services to:
(a) Maintain and repair the premises; and
(b) Prepare and serve meals.
