Carbon monoxide detectors.
Licensees must install and maintain carbon monoxide alarms that comply with UL 2034:
(1) In or near each separate sleeping area in the immediate vicinity of the bedrooms;
(2) On each story of the facility; and
(3) Per NFPA 72 and the manufacturer's instructions.
