Behavioral health ombuds office. (Effective until October 1, 2022.)
The authority shall require each behavioral health administrative services organization to provide for a separately funded behavioral health ombuds office that is independent of the behavioral health administrative services organization and managed care organizations for the assigned regional service area. The ombuds office shall maximize the use of consumer advocates.
