Effective date1965 ex.s. c 157.

This Title shall become effective at midnight on June 30, 1967. It applies to transactions entered into and events occurring after that date.

Specific repealer; provision for transition.

(1) The following acts and all other acts and parts of acts inconsistent herewith are hereby repealed:
(a)(i) RCW 22.04.010 through 22.04.610;
(ii) RCW 23.80.010 through 23.80.250;
(v) RCW 30.52.010 through 30.52.160;
(vi) RCW 61.04.010 through 61.04.090;
(vii) RCW 61.08.010 through 61.08.120;
(viii) RCW 61.12.160;
(x) RCW 61.20.010 through 61.20.190;
(xi) RCW 62.01.001 through 62.01.196 and 62.98.010 through 62.98.050;
(xii) RCW 63.04.010 through 63.04.780;

(2) Transactions validly entered into before the effective date specified in RCW 62A.10-101 and the rights, duties and interests flowing from them remain valid thereafter and may be terminated, completed, consummated or enforced as required or permitted by any statute or other law amended or repealed by this Title as though such repeal or amendment had not occurred.

Except as provided in the following section, all acts and parts of acts inconsistent with this Title are hereby repealed.
