Model ordinances created under RCW 70A.207.030—Certain actions not subject to the requirements of this chapter.

Amendments to regulations and other nonproject actions taken by a city or county to adopt or implement the model ordinance created by the department under RCW 70A.207.030 is not subject to the requirements of this chapter.
