The Senate and House of Representatives are using remote testimony at select meetings during the COVID-19 response. The committees will use Zoom Webinar for audio-video connections.

Register to Testify
The Chair or Co-chairs select which meetings will include public comment and remote testimony. These opportunities are listed below and will be updated after the meeting notice is published.
  1. Click the committee meeting in the table below for the meeting at which you wish to testify.
  2. Click the item on which you wish to testify.
  3. Click “I would like to testify in person during the hearing” or “I would like to testify remotely” to get to the registration form.
Registration will open 10 calendar days before the committee meeting start time, and close 1 hour before the meeting. Please check the Committee Schedules page for updates on any committee meeting schedule changes.

How to Testify Remotely
People observing or testifying from a remote location are subject to the same rules of decorum as people at the Capitol. You must be recognized by the Chair before speaking, and you may be required to limit your comments. There is no guarantee those who sign in will be allowed to speak or be able to speak at specific times. Please see How to Testify in Committee for more details.
