Emergency removal.

If a student respondent poses an immediate threat to the health and safety of the college community or an immediate threat of significant disruption to Bates Technical College's operations, the college's student conduct officer may summarily suspend a respondent pursuant to WAC 495A-121-062, pending final resolution of the allegations. Nothing in this grievance procedure prohibits the college from placing nonstudent employees on administrative leave pending final resolution of the allegations.
