Interagency disclosure.

(1) Unless prohibited by law, information may be disclosed by the commission to outside agencies, including other state of Washington agencies, or other state agencies.

(2) Outside agencies receiving information pursuant to subsection (1) of this section shall be thereby subject to the same standards of disclosure as are required of the commission.
