1. A review of high-capacity transit (HCT) alternatives analysis from previous planning efforts and approach to identify new HCT alternatives to be analyzed.
2. A review of river-crossing alternatives from previous planning efforts and approach to identify new river-crossing alternatives to be analyzed.
3. Public comment.
