1. SSB 5010 - Concerning protected lands not being assessed local fire district levies.
2. SB 5036 - Concerning the compensation of commissioners of certain metropolitan park districts.
3. SB 5177 - Concerning cemetery district withdrawal of territory.
4. SB 5337 - Expanding a sales and use tax exemption for personal property sold between political subdivisions to include sales or uses of personal property as a result of a merger or sales or uses of personal property made under contractual consolidations in which the taxpayer that originally paid the sales or use tax continues to benefit from the personal property.
5. SB 5613 - Concerning the authority of counties to vacate a county road that abuts on a body of water if the county road is hazardous or creates a significant risk to public safety.
6. SSB 5670 - Expanding the allowable powers of fire protection districts.
